Sarah Farr

Executive Director 

Sarah Farr began her career as a Speech-Language Pathologist working in Early Intervention for the Jordan Child Development Center.  She graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelors in Communication Disorders in 1999 and a Masters in Speech Pathology in 2001.  She is highly passionate about working with children and helping them, along with their families, learn to communicate.  As an early interventionist she has experience in treating children with receptive and expressive language delay, autism, apraxia, articulation, phonology and feeding,

Along with her husband, Robb, Sarah enjoys spending time with her two children, daughter Lanee and son, Zachary.  Sarah stays busy watching endless soccer, basketball and baseball games.  In her free time she loves to practice yoga and enjoy the mountains of Utah by hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter.


Lorenzo E. Tibbitts


Lorenzo E. (Lon) Tibbitts has served as the Chairman of RiteCare of Utah since November 2010. He’s been employed by American Express Company since January 2001 when he joined the Travelers Cheque Group and since then he’s filled the roles of Global Supply Chain Manager for Travelers Cheques, Product Manager for the US Gift Card and Sales and Operations Planning Manager. A senior manufacturing manager, he’s also held senior management positions in Utah Printing, the Granite Mountain Records Vaults, and Copperfield Publishing. He’s served on a variety of boards, both nonprofit and public enterprise, including Granite Credit Union, Utah Printing and two Venture Capital Firms. Lon is an enthusiastic Mason, husband to the former Lana Lynn Christensen, a proud father and an adoring grandfather. Lon is involved in RiteCare of Utah because he believes every child that is speech challenged should be able to reach their full potential.

Leon W. Crockett

RiteCare of Utah Board Member

Leon W. Crockett, B.S., J.D., CPA, is an attorney and a certified public accountant who has practiced law for over thirty-five years. He has his own firm where his practice is concentrated on estate planning, asset protection, dynasty building, probate, taxation, business formation and counseling business owners. He has served on the Board of Governors of Shriner’s Hospital for Children – Salt Lake City for nearly eight years and was recently elected Chairman of the Board. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Rite Care Children’s Learning Centers for nearly eight years.

Mr. Crockett lives in Salt Lake City, Utah, with Diane, his bride of forty-eight years. Together they have three grown sons and six grandchildren. Mr. Crockett has been a volunteer leader in the Boy Scouts of America for over thirty-five years.

Darrin D. DomanDarrin D.

Vice Chairman

Darrin is delighted to be part of the Board of Trustees for RiteCare of Utah, working to continue a tradition of Scottish Rite Masons supporting pediatric speech therapy. He is a licensed and credentialed Speech/Language Pathologist with over 16 years of direct patient care experience. Darrin currently works for University of Utah Health Care where he chairs the Patient Education Steering Committee and is the administrator of the Patient Education TV System among other duties. Darrin is very interested in improving health literacy, lecturing across campus on the topic, making presentations at national/international conferences and publishing research as time and opportunity allow.

Outside of work, Darrin enjoys performing and supporting local arts organizations across the Wasatch front. He joined the Actor’s Equity Association in 2012. Darrin also has an affinity travel. Having recently completing a quest to visit the New 7 Wonders of the World, he finds there is no shortage of other interesting “must see” destinations.

Frank C. Baker

Chairman of the Scottish Rite Foundation of Utah

Baker attended the University of Utah and Utah Technical College – now Salt Lake Community College where he graduated and is currently employed for the past twenty years as a Project Manager for Facilities Services. He is a graduate from the Institute for Facilities Management for the Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers and a member of the Project Management Institute. He was previously employed for eleven years with a civil engineering firm as a technical illustrator, cartographer, land surveying and department supervisor and DOD contract special security officer for U. S. Government contracts. He was also employed for seven years with an electrical contractor as a project foreman in industrial controls and construction. He is a licensed journeyman electrician.

Baker served as Grand Master to the Grand Lodge of F. & A. M. of Utah in 2012 and is a 33° Scottish Rite Mason. He was crowned an active member of the Supreme Council and Sovereign Grand Inspector General in Utah in 2015. He is a member of Utah York Rite and invitational bodies and a Noble of El Kalah Shrine.

Baker serves as a trustee on the board of the Masonic Foundation of Utah, the Grand York Rite Trust and is Chairman of the Scottish Rite Foundation of Utah.

Baker resides in Sandy, Utah with his wife Carole and their Standard Poodle, Benny. When time permits; he enjoys traveling, art, photography, writing and outdoor sports such as golf, fishing and target shooting.


Lawrence K. Fielden

Secretary of the Scottish Rite Foundation of Utah

Lawrence K. Fielden, has a B.S.in Political Science as well as an MPA in Public Finance. He retired in 2006 after twenty-five years of employment in various administrative positions in the state and local government arena. Since retiring, he has devoted his time to the Masonic Fraternity and its charitable organizations. He served on the Board of Governors of Shriners’ Hospital for Children, Salt Lake City for nine years achieving emeritus status in 2011. During his time on the Board for Shriners Hospital he served in several capacities including Committee Chairmanships, Secretary, Vice- chairman and Chairman of the Board of Governors. He is presently serving the Masonic Fraternity as Secretary of the Grand Lodge of Utah, Secretary of the Scottish Rite of Utah, Secretary of the Scottish Rite Foundation of Utah and Secretary of the Masonic Foundation of Utah. He also currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Rite Care Children’s Learning Centers.

Larry lives in Salt Lake City with Tracie, his bride of 42 years. Both have been involved with local community activities and charitable organizations for their entire married life. They have one daughter who is the light of their lives and a Grand dog named Bella.
